Riley Consulting LLC is led by Thomas E. Riley, a licensed Professional Engineer in Nebraska. Mr. Riley brings a wealth of experience in water resources engineering, a co-owner of Riley Consulting LLC and the Director of the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources (2020-2024). He was also a former President and operating partner of a successful Midwest water resources/environmental consulting firm (The Flatwater Group, Inc., 2000-2020).
Mr. Riley’s qualifications include a strong academic background with a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and he is currently working toward a PhD. in Biological Systems Engineering at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He also serves as a University Instructor/Lecturer.
